17th Annual Conference of Kunststoffe in OWL e.V.

EKT GmbH & Co. KG has been a member of the regional industry association “Kunststoffe in OWL” for many years.  

On September 4, 2025, we had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the various members of the network, provide inspiration, and cultivate contacts at the 17th Annual Conference. 
As in previous years, the agenda once again featured informative and topical issues. Interesting specialist presentations were rounded off by subsequent discussion rounds.

Christoph Kugler started the series of presentations with the topic “Why AI does not solve problems.” Dominik Niehus then addressed “Learning nuggets for IT security in SMEs.” 
Carsten Kießler raised awareness of the topic of promoting skilled workers and discussed the ‘Future of dual training’. 
Dr. Tatjana Dänzer and Lukas Goy provided important insights into sustainability and the use of recycled materials.
